Dear Residents of Rancho Viejo North:
As president of your Board of Directors (BOD), I want to give you a brief end-of-year report. Many of these items were reported at the annual meeting of November 17, 2009. Thank you to all who attended the meeting and who turned in proxy votes. Your involvement in this way is important to the community and is much appreciated.

We will be offering Monthly auto debit for any interested homeowners in Rancho Viejo North effective immediately. Please fill out the ACH Form and mail it to the address listed, or simply drop it by the office located at 55 Canada del Rancho.

If you are missed on your regular trash day, please call the Association Office Monday – Friday 8am to 5 pm at 473-3516. Give us your address, a phone number and leave your container out for the next day pick up.
