What will we do and why?
Our maintenance contract with Franco’s takes care of obvious and major aspects that fall into the category of landscaping chores. But there are always some aspects that could be taken care of with more TLC as the objective.
So this time we are tackling Village II; weed patches along the trails, tumbleweed infested areas between walls of homes and trails, areas at trail access points, and several spots best visualized on site!

RV Recycling Permits to be sold at HOA Office on July 17th, 2009 from 9am to 2pm, for ONE DAY ONLY!!
The County of Santa Fe will be in Rancho Viejo at our offices, located at 55 Canada del Rancho from 9am to 2pm on Friday July 17th, 2009 to sell permits for the temporary recycling center located in Rancho Viejo. If you have an questions, please call Ed lyons at the HOA Office, 473-3516.
Monthly Auto Debit Now Available

Control Your Dogs On the Walking Trail

Our office has recieved several reports of dog attacks on the Rancho Viejo walking trails. All dogs must be on a leash and under control of the owner according to Santa Fe County Animal Control Laws!!! Please be aware that innability to control your dog is a violation of the law that can have serious consequences for the owner and dog alike!
FREE FIREWOOD ALONG THE WALKING TRAILS

The North Association is doing some dead tree cutting along the walking trails in the North Association this January. The wood is free, but you may not drive motorized vehicles on the trails, to retrieve it. If you have any questions please contact Ed Lyons at the Association Office.
Christmas Tree Disposal Areas

Rancho Viejo North and South Associations will be providing dumpsters to dispose of your Christmas Trees at the end of this holiday season. One will be located at the trailhead located on Richards Avenue between Avenida del Sur and Chile Line Rd. The other will be located at the end of East Chile Line Road and Sunshine Mesa. The dumpsters will be available between the dates of 12-31-08 through 1-20-09.
Rancho Viejo Regular Board Meeting
